Jack holds a B.S. in Business from New York University and spent the years from 1970 through 1999 as President of several large courier and trucking firms in New York City. He began investing in Texas real estate in the early 1980's, involved with multi-family, commercial and student housing in Austin, Texas. Since then he has continued to invest and acquire assets in all areas of Texas, both multi-family as well as commercial and continues in his interest to aquire assets. Jack invests his own equity into each and every acquisition, and has a continued working relationship with many major lenders including L.J. Melody & Co., Arbor Commercial Mortgage, Crimmie Mae, Red Capital Group, American Express Financial, Wachovia Securities, Trinity Real Estate Finance and Sun America Life Insurance to name a few.
